Week 9: Questions 2.0


  • What steps do educators have to take to live up to Freire’s vision of us as “learned scholars, community researchers, moral agents, philosophers, cultural workers, and political insurgents”?
  • How can white co-conspirators and accomplices support insurgent black intellectuals and organizers?
  • How can we move from being revolutionary in the abstract to living these values on a daily basis? What structures/systems need to be in place to support us to do this work individually and in community?
